Assad Qureshi
Dr. Assad Qureshi is a Consultant Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon practicing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He was born in London and completed his Medical Degree at Kings College London. He undertook surgical training in the East Midlands with Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has been awarded a B.Sc. in Neuroscience from Guy’s Hospital, a M.Sc. in Orthopedic Engineering from Cardiff University and a Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham. He has numerous publications in leading orthopedic journals and has won several prizes for his clinical research. He undertook the prestigious National Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and was Clinical Lead for Pediatric Orthopedics at University Hospitals of Leicester. In 2022, he moved his practice to Dubai to provide pediatric orthopedics care to a growing international patient base. His key areas of interest are childhood hip dysplasia, foot and ankle deformity, cerebral palsy and pediatric limb reconstruction. Dr. Qureshi believes in optimizing outcomes through patient specific treatment plans tailored to the needs of the child and their family using innovative surgical techniques paired with robust multi-disciplinary support.
