Dr Elfekky is specialized in knee surgeries with a double degree in orthopedic surgery and in orthopedic biomechanics.

He holds 4 international patents for new technology in joint surgery (US, UK and Italy). His main interest is enhanced fast recovery after TKA.

He is currently a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Dubai Health, Clinical Assistant Professor of orthopedic Surgery at MBRU and the Director of Education at the Tarabichi Joint Care Enhanced Recovery Institute.
