Oni Adeniyi Adebayo is an accomplished Orthopaedic Technician with extensive experience in orthopaedic practice, training, and healthcare innovation. He currently serves at the Dubai Health Academic Corporation – Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital, Dubai, UAE, where he plays a key role in delivering specialized orthopaedic care for children.

In addition to his clinical role, Oni is a Trainer at OrthoHeal Academy, an institution recognized by the American Society of Orthopaedic Professionals (ASOP), USA, where he contributes to the professional development of orthopaedic practitioners through advanced training and workshops.

He holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Fellowship in Radiology Interpretation (FRT), reflecting his commitment to integrating medical expertise with leadership and academic excellence, He also possesses an International Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Management (Level 7) and earned his foundational Diploma in Orthopaedic Techniques from the Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology, Igbobi, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Oni is also an Associate Member of the Association of Orthopaedic Practitioners (UK) and a Member of the Association of Orthopaedic Plaster Technicians and Technologists (ASSOPTECH), Nigeria, highlighting his international professional affiliations and recognition.
